Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | $25.11/hour ($52,228.80/year)

Unlike flat-rate shops where your paycheck swings with the workload, this is a steady hourly wage you can count on, with a four-day/ten-hour schedule and a full benefits package. You’ll join a tight-knit shop where the team relies on each other and takes pride in doing the job right.

• Diagnose and repair gas and diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, axles, and transfers
• Service electrical, brake, air, and hydraulic systems
• Handle mid-level repairs (no overhauls) and minor fabrication with torches and welders
• Respond to occasional road calls and keep accurate service records
• Pitch in with the team on shop upkeep and seasonal needs

• At least 5 years of mechanical experience on cars, trucks, and heavy equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a shop environment
• A dependable, team-first attitude—someone the crew can count on
• Availability to work any day, Sunday through Saturday

• WV Motor Vehicle Inspection License
• Diesel school, GMC, Ford, or Allison Transmission certifications
• Heavy equipment shop experience

• $25.11/hour — steady hourly pay, no flat rate
