Job

Whether you have general outdoor labor experience or experience operating equipment, we encourage you to apply. Employees will meet at a central location each morning before traveling with the crew to commercial job sites.

• Assist with commercial landscaping installation and maintenance
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other materials
• Spread mulch, topsoil, gravel, and stone
• Mow, trim, edge, and weed-eat commercial properties
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Remove debris and maintain clean job sites

• Safely operate a Bobcat or skid steer on commercial landscaping projects
• Move and grade mulch, soil, gravel, stone, and other materials
• Operate a small dump truck between job sites as assigned
• Complete basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Assist the landscaping crew with general labor when equipment operation is not needed

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Overtime may be available depending on workload and weather
• Weekly pay

• Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred
• Bobcat or skid-steer experience is required for equipment operator candidates
• Small dump truck experience is preferred for driver/operator candidates
• Valid driver’s license preferred for landscape laborers
• Valid driver’s license required for dump truck operators
• Class D license is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
