Are you a skilled window and door installer looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic team? Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced professionals to join us as Window and Door Installer Leads. As a Lead, you will showcase your installation skills and guide and mentor installers to ensure craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position earns bonus in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $30+ hourly plus up to $770 per period incentive. Base pay is based on factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package during the hiring process.

• Lead installation projects and mentor a team of installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the face of Renewal by Andersen, applying soft skills to communicate effectively with homeowners and maintain transparency throughout the installation process.
• Coordinate with homeowners to align their vision with the installation plan and provide updates on progress.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years window installation and remodeling experience
• Minimum of 5 years managing job sites and leading crews in a construction environment
• Ability and willingness to coach and mentor other installers
• Proven track record of superior workmanship
• Availability to work when homeowners are present (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication with peers and homeowners
• Ability to handle confrontation and maintain perspective under demanding conditions
• Organizational skills for coordinating tasks and job requirements
• Proficiency with tools and equipment
• Empathy and strong customer service skills
• Strong sense of accountability and teamwork
• Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, and decision making
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
