High-End Residential Homebuilder​/Finish Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Home builder with strong carpentry skills to work on high-end custom homes. You will be responsible collaborating with our project managers and designers to bring luxury homes to completion at the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Execute framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom millwork with precision
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and site supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Address and solve on-site challenges with a problem-solving mindset
• All aspects of home construction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in high-end or custom homes
• Mastery of rough and finish carpentry techniques
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate power tools safely
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay is dependent on years of experience.
