Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at a well-known apartment complex in Morgantown, West Virginia. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with steady hours, potential for overtime, and competitive pay ranging from $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience.

• Renovate and prepare apartments for new residents after move-outs
• Complete resident maintenance service requests quickly and professionally
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition
• Conduct annual inspections to maintain property standards

• Hands-on carpentry experience
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Reliable transportation to and from the property
