ResponsibilitiesPerform ordinary and repetitive hand welding operations. All MIG welding. Care required in clamping parts in relative position to avoid distortion. Operate welding equipment; regulate current and voltage or gas and feed rate for proper fusion of metals. Heavy lifting maybe required.

QualificationsMust be able to work in a fast pace environment. Must be able to plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints, or specifications. May layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using a tape measure, square, scribe, or templates. Must be proficient at reading work orders. A concern for quality control is a requirement.
OverviewWe are searching for an experienced Welder at our Chicago, IL facility. This role is perfect for a candidate who just received there welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be apart of an amazing team!
This pay rate starts at $20/hour Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30pm - Occasional overtime will be needed.
