• Perform framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general carpentry work

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and construction specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials.
• Install drywall, trim, molding, and other construction materials.
• Construct, repair, and maintain structures, fixtures, and building components.
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and trim

• Perform construction repairs and renovation work as needed.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and construction guidelines.
• Work independently and alongside other skilled trades and construction team members.

• Previous carpentry or construction experience required

• Experience with residential, commercial, framing, remodeling, or finish carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and safety practices.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Strong measuring, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a construction crew.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
