Foster Care Case Manager

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and families through trauma-informed, evidence-based services. In this role, you will manage a caseload of youth in foster care, complete home visits and safety assessments, and develop individualized service and permanency plans. You will collaborate closely with foster parents, birth families, schools, courts, and community partners, providing advocacy, crisis support, and resource coordination.
