CDL A Regional Driver Trainee

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Morgantown, WV area for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, comprehensive benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and the Eastern United States. Candidates should be prepared to develop safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role operating from the Morgantown region.

What this role offers:

Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

Weekly pay by direct deposit

Route and training details:

Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills

Transition into solo regional assignments after completion of training

Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S.Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork

Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDLGraduate of an accredited CDL school

Clean motor vehicle record

Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings

Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication skills

No prior over-the-road experience required
