CARE Room Non-Equipment Order Picker

Job Summary

Responsible for filling customer pack orders and delivering them in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity in the warehouse and CARE room. Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date production lists for each pack.
• Ensure all pack containers are thoroughly cleaned.
• Receive work orders from CSW and read work orders to ascertain catalog number, size, color, and quantity of product.
• Pick product from bins or shelves and organize in work area for production of the pack.
• Produce packs in a standardized and efficient manner according to company standards.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain necessary supplies required for daily pack production.
• Maintain flexible hours as required to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work area that meets or exceeds company standards for a CARE room.
• Communicate and present job functions during customer visits.
• Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse and CARE room.

• General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, keying, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 3 months of pack building or related experience a plus.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to be thorough and organized based on company standards.

Shift: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4:30pm plus mandatory overtime when needed

Pay: 19.00
