Where You Will Make an Impact

Shape Future Assets

  • Develop integrated commercial strategies for priority Hematology and Oncology assets across International markets.
  • Shape Target Product Profiles by identifying opportunities for meaningful clinical and commercial differentiation.
  • Influence development strategies through market insights, competitive intelligence and evolving treatment landscapes.
  • Partner with Clinical Development to help optimize trial design, evidence generation and market relevance.
  • Build strategic recommendations that strengthen portfolio prioritization and long-term asset value.

Transform Innovation into Commercial Opportunity

  • Build robust forecasting, valuation and scenario-planning models to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Define differentiated value propositions for physicians, patients, healthcare systems and payers.
  • Assess market opportunities, competitive dynamics and future treatment paradigms across International markets.
  • Partner with Market Access and HEOR to shape pricing, reimbursement and evidence-generation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize long-term lifecycle value across the portfolio.

Influence Enterprise Strategy

  • Represent International Commercial within cross-functional governance and asset teams.
  • Influence strategic decisions across Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Market Access.
  • Build alignment across regional and affiliate organizations around one integrated commercial vision.
  • Challenge assumptions through thoughtful analysis and forward-looking strategic thinking.
  • Contribute to portfolio decisions that strengthen International's role as a key growth engine for Incyte.

Build Winning Launch Strategies

  • Design International go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse healthcare environments.
  • Shape launch sequencing, commercial models and market-entry strategies across priority countries.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning from early preparation through commercialization.
  • Drive launch readiness with clarity, discipline and a relentless focus on execution excellence.
  • Capture learnings that continuously strengthen future launches across the portfolio.
