Salary: £37,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Static Maintenance Plumber to join a supportive team based at a key site in Morpeth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across the site, as well as providing general multi-skilled mechanical and building fabric maintenance.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlumbing Maintenance & Repair:
Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing networks, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and drainage systems.Emergency Response:
Efficiently diagnose and resolve urgent issues such as leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine servicing on water heaters, boilers, and associated mechanical equipment.Building Fabric Upkeep:
Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance to building surfaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings.System Inspections:
Conduct regular preventative checks across the facilities to identify and resolve potential issues early.
Base Salary: £37,000 per annum
Work-Life Balance:
Standard daytime hours (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday)On-Call Allowance: 1-in-15 on-call rota

Essential:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent relevant qualification).
Proven experience in a commercial or industrial building maintenance role.
Strong diagnostic skills across plumbing, mechanical systems, and building fabric repair.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an on-site team.
Desirable:
City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC certifications, or multi-skilled mechanical qualifications.
Prior experience handling emergency call-outs and preventative maintenance schedules.
