Summary of

Job Duties:

The Adjunct Instructor shall be responsible to the Dean of Science, Technology, & Mathematics. Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, managing class time, providing student support outside of class, maintaining up‑to‑date grade documentation, ensuring syllabi and textbook selections are current, cooperating with Advisory Committees, demonstrating professionalism, completing required reports, attending college functions, and performing any duties assigned by the Dean or Vice Chancellor for Academics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree with 18 graduate hours in biological sciences and/or related subjects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience teaching in a Higher Education setting

Salary Information: $625 per credit hour
