Green Bay Packaging seeks a Reliability Electrical Engineer to improve uptime and performance of electrical and control systems in our manufacturing operations. You will lead root-cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and reliability improvements for motors, drives, PLCs, and power distribution. Working closely with operations, maintenance, and safety, you will support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and plant safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability and uptime of electrical systems, drives, and controls across converting and paper operations
- Perform root-cause analysis of recurring electrical failures and implement corrective actions
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for plant electrical equipment
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and system integrations to improve reliability and safety
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize equipment performance
- Maintain and update electrical documentation, schematics, and PLC programs
- Specify and standardize critical electrical components and spare parts
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and corporate reliability practices
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians and production teams
