Penmac Staffing is hiring Panel Builders for a growing HVAC manufacturing facility. S tarting pay of $17.50 per hour . This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, assembling components, and working in a team‑oriented manufacturing environment.

As a Panel Builder , you will be responsible for assembling and wiring control panels and electrical components used in HVAC systems. Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety.

• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to specifications
• Wire and build control panels used in HVAC equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics, and production documents
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate production paperwork
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures
• Use hand tools and measuring devices as required
• Assist with packing, material handling, and other production duties as needed
• Work with team members to meet production schedules and goals
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, and industrial equipment
• Fast-paced production setting requiring attention to detail
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
