Location: In-person (Long-term care / Nursing home)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Take and record vital signs
- Support patient assessments and document care
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Monitor patients and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Certified Nursing Assistant or enrolled in a CNA training program
- Minimum 18 years old (job restrictions apply for age 17)
- Able to work with diverse patient populations, including elderly, ill, or emotionally upset individuals
