As a PRN Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner at CHI St. Vincent Medical Group, you will join our compassionate team in Morrilton, AR. This opportunity provides high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will be a vital part of our healthcare team, working under the supervision and direction of collaborating physicians or the Medical Director for the Hospitalist program.

To be successful, you will be an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

• Provide direct, comprehensive, preventative, and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, counsel patients, and offer clear instructions.
• Ensure full compliance with Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses.
• Deliver healthcare services for which you are educationally prepared and for which competence has been attained and maintained.
• Contribute to all aspects of coordination within the Hospitalist program, including fiscal accountability, time, and resource management.

• Board‑eligible or Board‑certified
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas
• Acute care certification
