Job Summary And Responsibilities

As a PRN Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with CHI St. Vincent Medical Group at CHI St Vincent Primary Care - Morrilton, you will join an established practice in rural Arkansas! At CHI St. Vincent, we believe in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. As a vital member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families within our community.

In your practice at CHI St. Vincent Primary Care Morrilton, you will be joining a team that currently consists of 2 APPs and 3 MDs, working in a practice that offers X-Ray, Joint Injections, and Cryo services, and utilizes a moderate complexity lab. You will collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper assessment and optimal patient care.

You will also take ownership in clearly communicating patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams.

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated PRN Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high quality comprehensive care within a community focused practice. In your role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions, and manage patient conditions effectively.
• Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education for optimal patient outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a team, currently including 2 Advanced Practice Providers and 3 MDs, in a practice with on-site X-Ray, Joint Injections, and Cryo.

• Board-Eligible/Board-Certified
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas
