Harps Food Stores - 1626 East Harding Street - Responsibilities:
Supervise store operations including department readiness, inventory processes, and front-end operations to ensure smooth daily nets and customer satisfaction;
Direct and oversee fresh food preparation and production while maintaining safety standards;
Enforce food safety standards and quality control across the store, including signage, displays, and merchandising;
Coach and mentor staff, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment;
Ensure compliance with Harps policies and procedures, including attendance, dress code, and safety protocols
