Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
Monitor account performance and proactively address client concerns.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for customers and leadership.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account revenue.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and account activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Track key performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve account goals.
Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of account management, customer service, operations, sales, or related experience.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
