Office Services Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20-21

Hours:

8-5 M-F

Location:

115 Tabor Road, Morris Plains, NJ

Assisting facilities supervisor

Resource's typical working day:

  • Support meeting and event setup and coordination
  • Stock and maintain coffee, snacks, and pantry supplies
  • Assist with mailroom tasks including stamping mail and handling UPS/Fed Ex shipments
  • Provide general client and office support across assigned areas
  • Other administrative tasks

Must Have

Skills:

Communication and collaboration Skills

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience

Education:

HS and GED

Software skills:

  • Basic computer functions
  • Microsoft office suite
