With a growing project pipeline and repeat clientele, they offer long-term stability and strong advancement opportunities. Description The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:
Lead multifamily construction projects through all phases of development Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Administer owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and supplier commitments Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities Review and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices Prepare financial forecasts and project status reports Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to schedule and budget objectives Partner with field teams to resolve project challenges and maintain progress Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs Manage project closeout activities, turnover documentation, and warranty administration Profile The Multifamily Construction Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry Experience managing multifamily construction projects valued at $5 million or greater Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, safety practices, and contract administration
