Member Service Counselor Branch

Job location:

Morris Plains, NJ 07950. Position type:
Full Time. Salary: $21.00–$23.65 per hour. 1st shift, 40 hours per week, 8am–5:30pm Mon–Fri with at least two Saturdays/month 8am–2:30pm.

• Member Service: develop comprehensive knowledge of AAA products and services, promote membership sales and upgrades, assist members with issues, provide registry and TSA services where applicable, offer travel assistance and club product promotion.
• Sales: meet and exceed member satisfaction scores, use cross‑selling techniques, stay current on promotions, recognize opportunities to improve branch performance.
• Daily Operations: coordinate with other departments (Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, Member Relations), perform duties per policies and safety protocols.
• Travel to nearby locations for branch coverage as needed.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  Customer Service with a focus in Sales.
• Licenses and
  
  Certifications:
  
  Pass state‑specific and federal background checks, meet state requirements to perform registry & TSA services.
