Contract duration: 6 months

Responsibilities
  • Operate telephone console to answer, route, and complete incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Provide routine information and direct visitors as needed.
  • Receive and document staff call-outs and report absences according to established procedures.
  • Report telephone system issues and repair needs to appropriate departments.
  • Respond to emergency calls and immediately contact designated institutional personnel following protocol.
  • Receive, sign for, and distribute registered and insured mail and packages.
  • Perform routine clerical duties.
