Job DescriptionAs a Director of Finance Transformation at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead the development and execution of a transformation roadmap for the Finance function which aligns with the Company’s broader transformation agenda. You will work cross‑functionally to identify, prioritize and lead execution against transformation initiatives, with the objective of driving operational effectiveness and efficiency, including through process standardization developing scalable global capabilities.
You will develop and oversee governance processes, ensure disciplined execution, and provide visibility to executive leadership on progress, risks, and financial performance.
You will work closely with senior leaders across enterprises, including Finance, and its key partners and stakeholders (such as HR, IT, and Strategy) to ensure that transformation initiatives align with the Company’s strategic objectives and systems and Information technology initiatives, and to drive execution and delivery against objectives. Your leadership will be critical in aligning teams, resolving issues, and enabling sustainable adoption of new ways of working at scale.

This role will report to the Chief Accounting Officer, with indirect accountability to the Program Management leader in the Corporate Strategy group. This role will be based in the Company’s Corporate headquarters facility in Morris Plains, NJ, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities Leadership & Governance- Establish and lead the Transformation Management governance model for the global Finance function.
- Ensure disciplined execution of transformation initiatives through clear prioritization, structured governance, and cross‑functional accountability.
- Chair periodic governance meetings to review status, resolve issues, and drive data‑driven decisions.
- Align Finance transformation activities with Solstice’s long‑term transformation agenda
- Drive process efficiency, functional modernization, digital adoption, and global scalability across key Finance process cycles and functions, including Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets/Capital, etc.)
- Monitor interdependencies across projects, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical risks and decisions to finance leadership with clear analysis and recommended options.
- Develop and implement processes to capture and report on benefits realization as projects are completed.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the global transformation team PMO.
- Facilitate cross‑functional prioritization and decision‑making, enabling alignment and removing obstacles that impact project execution.
- Partner with HR Change & Communications teams to ensure effective communication, engagement, and adoption across impacted groups.
- Develop and deliver executive‑level reporting on progress, risks, milestones, and financial impacts (costs and benefit realization).
- Provide regular and ad‑hoc updates to the Finance leadership, the CFO, and the Corporate Transformation Steering Committee.
- Ensure transparency in all communications, enabling stakeholders to make timely and informed decisions.
- Own financial governance for Finance transformation initiatives.
- Oversee procurement activities associated with transformation initiatives, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Track budgets for one‑time investments
- Report actual vs. budgeted spend and elevate deviations with recommended corrective actions.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or accounting
