Sr Finance Analyst

As a Sr Finance Analyst at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our Refrigerants and Applied Solutions (RAS) and Electronics and Specialty Materials (ESM) segments of the company. You will be at the forefront of our financial operations, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure our long‑term financial health and growth.

Your expertise will be critical in aligning our financial goals with our company's vision for the future. This is your chance to craft a financial roadmap that will guide us to success.

• Partner with procurement team and business CFOS on monthly analysis vs AOP and Prior Year on all raw materials
• Partner with Pricing Leader on Inflation vs Pricing monthly reporting
• Lead raw material standard cost process in collaboration with site controllers
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
• Lead month‑end close process, providing commentary on variances to senior management

YOU MUST HAVE

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel
• Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing / auditing environment
• Experience with raw materials pricing

The annual base salary for this position is $98,768 - $123,459. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
