Associate Manager / Manager – Commercial Analytics (CNS Focus)

We are seeking an Associate Manager or Manager-level resource with deep expertise in the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements.
Key Requirements- Minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience specifically within the CNS space
- Strong background in patient analytics, brand analytics and sales analytics (core requirement)
- Experience in marketing analytics and predictive analytics is a plus, but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly hands‑on capacity
, with approximately 50–60% of time dedicated to programming and data analysis - Proficiency in relevant analytical tools (e.g., SQL or Python) and working closely with real‑world data sources such as claims, EHR / EMR, and other commercial datasets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to directly manage client interactions and present insights clearly
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
, while also contributing individually - Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor
- Prior experience supporting product launches or pre‑launch analytics within the CNS space. This role is ideal for candidates who can seamlessly integrate analytical execution with client‑facing responsibilities and who bring both therapeutic depth and commercial analytics expertise.
