As a SAP Technical IT Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of our SAP systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP infrastructure, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation. Your expertise in SAP technical solutions will be essential in supporting our business operations and driving digital transformation.

You will report directly to ERP Director IT. This role will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes by ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the technical aspects of our SAP systems, including system administration, performance tuning, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.

• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of our SAP systems.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and end-users.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of its Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Until that is finalized, you will be an employee of Honeywell. It is the intention that this role will convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. We expect this to occur in later 2025 or early 2026.YOU

MUST HAVE


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP technical management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SAP technical solutions, including SAP Basis, ABAP, and HANA.

• Experience in system administration, performance tuning, and security of SAP systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
