Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager
- Analytics/ Data Science specialist
We are looking for an Analytics/ Data Science specialist who would be responsible for Analytics, automating analytics, and operation-related processes.
Responsibilities- Work alongside with operations team to identify, understand the automation requirements
- Writing automation using python, R language, etc. independently
- Develop analytics / process automation tools/ scripts
- Analysis on Medical and Pharmacy Claims data for patients
- Clear understanding of statistical concepts and understanding of the underlying assumptions of the models
- Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- M Tech/ bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
- Work experience in Healthcare Domain
- High proficiency in Python
- Relevant experience in Building Machine Learning models and Developing analytics solution
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Proficient in SQL and familiarity with database management systems
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of statistical concepts, including:
- Descriptive and Inferential Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, Confidence Intervals, Correlation and Regression Analysis
- Probability Distributions, Sampling Techniques, Time Series Analysis
- A/B Testing and Experimental Design & Predictive Modeling and Forecasting
- Model Validation and Performance Evaluation
- Understand model assumptions, limitations, and appropriate application of statistical techniques.
- Interpret statistical outputs and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments, and locations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge in Healthcare Domain like Patient Analytics and claims Data
