What We're Looking For:Operate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards. 1st shift:
Mon - Fri 6AM - 2PM
- Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions
- Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards
- Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department
- Build productive relationships and contribute to team success
- Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision
- Train team members when directed by supervisors
- Uphold and follow company values and standards
Competencies:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment
- Open to receiving guidance, feedback, and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards
- Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols
Job Requirements:
- Work on-site
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Work scheduled hours
- Wear PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, ear plugs, gloves, etc.
- See color
- Move objects up to 50 pounds

Incentive Compensation:- In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
