The Role

As a Field Solar Specialist, you will represent Sungevity in local communities, handle grassroots marketing, and act as a solar brand ambassador. Your goal is to generate excitement about solar energy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage, qualify, and excite homeowners about solar, and generate new consultation appointments
• Update CRM with prospect interactions
• Complete accurate and timely reports
• Partner with Solar Consultants and Specialists to promote solar energy
• Have fun and stay enthusiastic!

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, perseverant, resilient, persuasive
• Comfort with touch technology (iPad, iPhone, Android, tablets)
• Weekend availability
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applying full-time
• 18 years or older

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week, including vision, dental, health, and more
