Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high‑trust relationships with senior stakeholders across retailers, food service, cold chain, logistics, and warehouse operators.
  • Engage across all organizational levels, from technicians and facility managers to executive leadership, to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Influence customer strategy by articulating value around refrigerant transition, sustainability, operational complexity, and total cost of ownership.
  • Act as a connector across the ecosystem (food retailers, OEMs, contractors, partners) to accelerate adoption of Solstice solutions.
  • Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs, acting as the voice of the market to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with strategic marketing, R&D, sales, and technical teams to translate market insight into actionable strategies.
  • Support embedding Solstice solutions into customer and OEM roadmaps and long‑term planning.
  • Build and grow a project pipeline through end‑user engagement and industry collaboration.
  • Represent Solstice in industry associations, trade events, and working groups to drive visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in the HVACR industry.
  • Established network across retailers, cold chain/logistics operators, contractors, and/or refrigeration OEMs.
  • Strong ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of refrigeration systems, market dynamics, and customer operating environments.
  • Ability to translate operational realities into strategic discussions and value‑based conversations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (~50%).
