Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high‑trust relationships with senior stakeholders across retailers, food service, cold chain, logistics, and warehouse operators.
- Engage across all organizational levels, from technicians and facility managers to executive leadership, to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities.
- Influence customer strategy by articulating value around refrigerant transition, sustainability, operational complexity, and total cost of ownership.
- Act as a connector across the ecosystem (food retailers, OEMs, contractors, partners) to accelerate adoption of Solstice solutions.
- Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs, acting as the voice of the market to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with strategic marketing, R&D, sales, and technical teams to translate market insight into actionable strategies.
- Support embedding Solstice solutions into customer and OEM roadmaps and long‑term planning.
- Build and grow a project pipeline through end‑user engagement and industry collaboration.
- Represent Solstice in industry associations, trade events, and working groups to drive visibility and thought leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in the HVACR industry.
- Established network across retailers, cold chain/logistics operators, contractors, and/or refrigeration OEMs.
- Strong ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of refrigeration systems, market dynamics, and customer operating environments.
- Ability to translate operational realities into strategic discussions and value‑based conversations.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel (~50%).
