High Pressure Boiler Operator (Black Seal) – Facilities Engineer
Location: Morris Plains, NJ
Job Type: Temporary
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs efficiently and effectively
- Inspect the building and premises for safety hazards and perform necessary maintenance to eliminate hazards
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks
- Must have Black Seal – High Pressure Boiler License for the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently
