Responsible for safely transporting, assembling, delivering, and retrieving durable medical equipment and supplies for patients. Ensures accurate and timely documentation, maintains assigned equipment and delivery vehicles, and provides professional, responsive service. This position may also provide after-hours coverage and perform other duties as assigned.

Principal Accountabilities:

Completes and maintains service records, delivery documentation, and billing-related paperwork accurately and on time.

Configures, tests, assembles, and delivers new and used medical equipment to patients.

Supports inventory management by accurately documenting patient equipment, specialty items, and supply orders.

Maintains an accurate delivery activity log, including verifying and documenting recipient identification in accordance with policy and procedure.

Safely loads, secures, transports, delivers, retrieves, and offloads medical equipment and oxygen products.

Maintains assigned delivery vehicles in a clean, organized, safe, and operationally ready condition.

Ensures a high level of customer service, response quality, and professionalism.

Participates in required after-hours and on-call coverage when assigned.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
