* What We're Looking For:

*
* Leverages extensive warehouse expertise to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and mentor less experienced team members. Plays a key role in streamlining processes, resolving complex issues, and upholding safety and organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Will be handling freight shipping processes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

- Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy

- Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness

- Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records

- Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks

- Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures

- Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols

- Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity

- Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods

- Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

Job Requirements:

* + 2+ years of relevant work experience

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required

+ 5 days in office

+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing

+ Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
