Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

- High-visibility role interacting with customers and internal teams
- Process daily cash receipts and update the AR ledger by customer
- Prepare and reconcile daily cash deposits and control sheets
- Handle credit card deposits and maintain supporting documentation
- Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and claims
- Respond to AR inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support filing, documentation, and special accounting projects
- 1+ year of accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage transactional volume and reconciliations
