Constellation at Dresden Nuclear Power Station in Morris, Illinois seeks an Operations Training Instructor or Senior Operations Training Instructor to master and deliver plant-specific training programs and drive performance improvement.
You will coordinate RO/NLO training, ensure programs stay current with INPO/NRC updates, and contribute to audits, examinations, and emergency preparedness efforts. A clear path to SRO certification is supported within 18 months.
