Unit Secretary

Position: UNIT SECRETARY
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION A member of the health care team who supports the Emergency Department team by performing clerical and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS # Professional/Educational At least 18 years of age. Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR. At least one favorable work reference and one personal reference. Basic computer knowledge preferred. # Personal Evidence of good physical and emotional well being and professional conduct.

Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others. Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty. Ability to follow directions accurately. Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care. Possesses the ability to work under pressure. Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.#
