Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeper/Laundry Supervisor to join our team at Arcadia Care Morris in Morris, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of our Social Services Department. As a Housekeeper/Laundry Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

Essential Duties:

• Planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of facility's Social Services Department

• Establish policies, and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator

• Safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all manner, in accordance with the facility's established policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• An individual that possesses a bachelor's degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology)

• A minimum of one year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is preferred
