Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced, dependable caregiver for an ongoing client assignment in the Mazon area. As a Caregiver with Flawless Family Home Care, you will have the opportunity to build a relationship with your client and provide attentive, one-on-one care based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care
• Help with mobility and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Remind clients of medication schedules
• Provide companionship and safety supervision
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Complete accurate visit documentation through our mobile care app

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous caregiving experience
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Dependable and able to consistently work Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Professional and respectful when working in a client's home
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, clocking in and out, and visit documentation
• Able to complete required background screening, training, and onboarding requirements
