Salary Range: $26.60 - $39.90

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Serves as a key member of the Physician Recruitment & Relations team by supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. This position helps create a positive experience for physicians and advanced practice providers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and serves as a relationship resource for employed and affiliated providers.

The Specialist assists with candidate sourcing, marketing, interview coordination, onboarding, provider engagement activities, retention initiatives, and physician relations efforts that support Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers' strategic growth and workforce goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL / EDUCATIONAL
  • Associate's degree required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, marketing, human resources, or related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician relations, business development, marketing, customer relations, or healthcare operations preferred.
  • Experience working with physicians, advanced practice providers, or healthcare professionals strongly preferred.
PERSONAL
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with recruitment databases, CRM systems, or applicant tracking systems preferred.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
