Compounder

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Use of hand truck to move skids of chemicals
• Capable of identifying different types of chemicals
• Is able to fill and operate the feeder system at the Henschel blender and small adds station
• Can operate the Henschel blender to mix chemical blends
• Understands how to use the digital scales for weighing chemicals
• Determines which Henschel blend is needed per work order and calculates how many batches are required
• Determines which small adds are needed per work order and calculates how many bags are needed
• Knows the proper use of all Personal Protective Equipment required for this position
• Properly labels all containers of chemicals
• Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards
• Commitment to ISO
  9001 and Continuous Improvement
• Identifies and/or records any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system

Hourly pay ranges from $21.62 to $21.94 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

This position is eligible for an annual performance increase, subject to or based on individual performance, business results, budgetary constraints, and other factors.
