What Will You Do in This Role?As an RN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, manage staff assignments, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
