Compensation:
Up to $85,000.00 per year including salary, commissions, and performance bonuses

Mobile Generation, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest, seeks a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead and develop the sales team, ensuring adherence to Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation operational standards. The Manager will train staff on selling processes, products, and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience and handling any customer concerns professionally.

• Build a positive, customer‑oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team key performance indicators each month.
• Coach and mentor team members daily to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure the store operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other tasks assigned by leadership timely and correctly.
• Model professional conduct for employees and others.

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar retail leadership role, preferably within Verizon Wireless or the wireless industry.
• Demonstrated record of achievement in sales and leadership roles.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service.
• Willingness to travel to various Midwest locations as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
