Job Description Summary
The primary function of the Strategic Customer Representative is to increase market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. Tasks include increasing product awareness and improving efficiency of the corporate account office. Evaluate new potential customers for the program, manage corporate accounts, and serve as a mentor/liaison in the overall go‑to‑market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP.

Education or experience that prepares you for success: minimum 4 years previous sales management experience. Customer service experience required. Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications. Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite. Safety is key to our culture. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required.

Base Pay Range: $74,000.00 – . Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
