• Perform work in carpentry, drywall, tile, and some electrical and plumbing tasks
• Use a basic set of hand tools (drill, level, etc.) and larger specialty tools as needed
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve them promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, presentable vehicle, and organized tools
• Arrive on time and work efficiently to meet customer satisfaction goals
• Build customer confidence and identify opportunities for additional work where appropriate

• Good overall knowledge of all trades: carpentry, drywall, tile, some electrical, some plumbing
• Fundamental problem‑solving skills and independent thinking
• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while being part of a winning team

Compensation: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
