Instrumentation Technician

• 3-5+ years of instrumentation and electrical maintenance experience, preferable in chemical manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, tune, install, and maintain instrumentation and control loops.
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Maintain equipment including pumps, agitators, fans, blowers, vessels, filters, piping systems, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, electrical checks, equipment repairs, and component replacements.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, diagrams, schematics, manufacturer documentation, and technical instructions.
• Complete maintenance work orders, equipment records, and required documentation using SAP.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, evaluations, alignment, and new equipment selection.
• Follow plant EHS procedures, including PPE, confined space, hot work, fall protection, incident investigations, and emergency response requirements.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required; technical training, apprenticeship, or additional education preferred, with availability for rotating on-call and off-shift support.
