Yellowstone Local, representing R. L. Lyon Inc. Heating & A.C., seeks a Lead HVAC Service Technician in Morris, IL. Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, taking ownership from diagnosis to resolution with minimal oversight.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call rotation. EPA and A2L certifications required; 2+ years of hands-on experience, 5+ years preferred. Opportunity to advance as the team grows.
