On a day-to-day basis, you will arrive at scheduled job sites in the Morris region, assess the homeowner's needs, and complete projects efficiently. You might spend your morning patching drywall and painting, and your afternoon installing a new ceiling fan or exterior door trim. You will communicate directly with homeowners, explaining the process clearly and leaving their homes clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects.
- Handle basic, non-licensed plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing fixtures or repairing minor leaks.
- Install doors, trim, cabinets, shelving, and other finish carpentry items.
- Troubleshoot repair issues on-site and determine the most effective solutions.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners throughout each project.
- Document completed work and manage materials using company-provided tools.
- Proven experience working professionally as a carpenter, craftsman, or handyman.
- Strong practical knowledge in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical.
- Ownership of a standard set of professional hand and power tools.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience performing home inspections or creating project estimates.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the home services industry.
